SHIPPING INFORMATION
We take as much care in shipping your Hoffman’s order as we do in making our delicious confections. We offer overnight (including Saturday delivery), 2nd Day Air, 3rd Day Select and Ground (up to 4 business days) shipping.
You select the specific shipping date that works best for you.
Shipments to California, Nevada, New Mexico, Arizona and Texas must ship via Air (3rd Day, 2nd Day or Next Day). For Shipments to Alaska or Hawaii there is an additional charge of $15 plus they must ship 2nd Day Air or Next Day Air.
Because temperatures vary across the country, we may choose not to ship over the weekend in order to ensure premium quality upon arrival. For this reason, we cannot guarantee Monday deliveries.

When changes in climate or destination require extra care, our chocolates are packed appropriately in climate controlled packaging. From May through October, we will only ship our luscious Chocolate via 3rd Day Air, 2nd Day Air or Next Day Air to states in orange and dark brown on the above map. This includes states that take 4 or more days via Ground.
The states below can ship GROUND on the days shown. Please note that New York and Florida have specific days for certain zip codes beginning with the numbers below.
Please note that there is limited shipping to some Florida zip codes on Thursday and NO SHIPPING at all on Friday.

APO/FPO Shipping
Shipments to an APO/FPO address must be sent via USPS and cannot be guaranteed to arrive by a specific date and may take up to 14 business days to be delivered. Please call us at 888-281-8800 to place an order to ship to an APO or FPO. Home Deliveries We ship UPS, no signature required, which means the driver will leave the package at the door. If your recipient is not home, the package will be left in a safe location. Sometimes, however, the package will not be left if the UPS Driver deems that the package could be in jeopardy if left at that specific address. We are NOT responsible for packages delivered that melt or other damages caused by human or animal because the recipient was not at the location to receive their package.
Business Deliveries We always require a signature for Business Deliveries.

If a package has not left our facility and we are able to correct an address before the package ships, it's our pleasure to do so if we are able. If your package has already shipped and you want to correct an address in transit, our carrier assesses a $11.00 fee for each incorrect or incomplete address. We reserve the right to bill you for this correction fee, so please make sure the information you provide us with is correct and accurate.
